Through Queensland Health and the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS) Woollam Constructions was contracted to design, document and construct the Rockhampton Alcohol & Other Drug Residential Rehabilitation Facility (AOD RRF) Project. After construction, the project was renamed Binbi Yadubay (Healthy Beginnings).

Located at 607-701 Yaamba Road, Rockhampton, the purpose-built multifunctional drug and alcohol treatment facility provides residential rehabilitation and residential withdrawal management for adults. The new build includes; 42 beds, consisting of 32 beds for residential rehabilitation, 8 beds for withdrawal treatment and 2 family units, an administration building and therapy, support and recreation facilities.

Binbi Yadubay fills a much needed gap in access to specialist rehabilitation treatment in Central Queensland; with the potential to positively shape the lives of hundreds of individuals and families in the region.
