The Ambulatory Care Unit connects to the preceding Grafton Base Hospital Community Health building and comprises a state-of-the-art four-storey facility. The new precinct now provides several specialist health services to the local community. This includes; Medical Specialist Outpatients Clinics; Oncology/Haematology Services; Fracture Clinic; Physiotherapy; Occupational Therapy; Podiatry; Speech Therapy and Renal Dialysis Unit.

The build was designed to connect to the west wing of the complex and busy Community Health Building. As this was a live environment, Woollam needed to guarantee minimal to zero disruption to daily operations. The team took special consideration throughout the planning and implementing stages to ensure the critical nature of the hospitals operations would not be impacted.

The design, finishes and landscaping all channel the natural beauty and urban identity found in our part of the world. Students will love Central Plaza.
