The stunning swiss-style ten-level development is made up of 52 beautifully appointed residences with sweeping views of Brisbane. The vertical village offers residents 1, 2 and 3-bedroom luxury apartments on the doorstep of bustling Nundah village. Woollam Constructions was engaged by Lutheran Services to deliver a Design and Construct contract with Early Contractor Involvement by Woollam to advise on buildability, value engineering and design options.
During the ECI process Woollam was able to identify an alternative structure design which was significantly more efficient than the proposed heavy structure. The new structure used innovative post tension technology to lighten the structure and provide quicker slab cycles.
